New year, new updates! Here's how we hit the ground running:
You can Now Edit Career Reference Identifiers
Need to update a Reference Identifier for a career? Now you can! This gives you more flexibility when managing your job postings.
A few things to keep in mind:
- Each Reference Identifier must be unique across all DriverReach companies.
- You’ll need to confirm the change in a pop-up before saving.
- If the identifier was used in an app link, changing it will break the old link.
Show Your DBA Name on Applications
If your company operates under multiple names, you can now display Doing Business As (DBA) names on applications!
- Add, edit, or remove DBA names in the Company Profile section of Admin Settings.
- Any DBA names you add will automatically appear in the UniversalApp header and on application PDFs.
- PDFs generated before a DBA was added won’t show the name, but newly generated ones will.
Non-DOT Applicants Can Enter TWIC & License Info
If you hire non-DOT applicants, they now have the option to provide:
- TWIC card expiration date
- License details
💡 How it works:
- If your company has the CDL step for non-DOT applications enabled, applicants will see a new License Information step.
- The TWIC and license fields default to No, so applicants aren’t required to enter them.
- You’ll now see a TWIC card section in non-DOT applications, just like in DOT applications.
New Location Fields for Better Tracking
We’ve added two new optional fields when creating or editing locations:
- Partner Location Code – Automatically generated if left blank but can be changed. (Must be unique within your company.)
- Partner Customer Code – Not automatically generated and doesn’t need to be unique.
These fields are also included in API payloads, making it easier to integrate with other systems.
Sharing Saved Views Just Got Easier
With the full launch of Shareable Saved Views v2, we’ve streamlined sharing:
- The old “Share” button has been removed.
- Now, you can share views through the “Edit this view” menu.
HRIS Data Connectors Have Moved
If you use HRIS Data Connectors, you’ll now find them in their own tab in Admin & Settings.
