Accessing records
1. Click on Verifications section of the Workflow for your driver
2. In the status section of the DriverReach platform, you will find important information regarding verifications of employment (VOEs).
When you see "SENT" next to an employer and a green checkmark, it indicates that DriverReach has recently received a response for that employer using the authorized signature releases. This means that the first attempt at verification has been automatically sent after the driver authorizes the signatures.

3. To make the verification of employment (VOE) process easier, DriverReach accommodates carriers who utilize third-party services.
By clicking on the "Instructions" tab, you can conveniently find information about the specific method used by the carrier for VOEs. This helps streamline the verification process and ensures you have the necessary details to proceed efficiently.

Let's take this carrier, for example. "Venture Logistics" uses DriverFacts for their employment verifications. You can click the link or reference the contact information right from the instructions menu to quickly obtain that VOE.

Manual Verifications
1. For manual verficiation needs, or to look up previous activity, click on the Actions drop-down:

3. Type your notes from the manual attempt
4. Click on save
To view your notes, or employment verification results, you can visit back to the Actions dropdown
