We’ve rolled out a few key updates this month to make DriverReach even more powerful and easier to use. Here’s what’s new:
🔒 Sensitive Document Permissions – Even More Control
We've enhanced how sensitive documents are handled across the platform to better protect important information:

Background Check Reports: Background check reports, including those with sensitive details like MVRs (Motor Vehicle Records), are now automatically restricted. Only Admins or users with the Safety Sensitive role can access these documents.

Document Labels: Documents marked with a sensitive label (like MVR) will also be restricted, ensuring they can only be viewed by authorized users.

VOE (Verification of Employment) Views: If VOE+ documents are marked as sensitive, only Admins and Safety Sensitive role users can view them.
📧 eDoc Completion Notifications – Stay In the Loop
We’ve added a helpful new feature to keep you informed! Now, when an applicant completes an eDoc, you’ll receive an email notification in addition to the usual in-app bell notification. No more missing important updates!
🚀 Hired Modal Improvements – Clearer Applicant Details
When hiring or updating the status of an applicant, the Hired Modal will now clearly display any pending milestones, making it easier to keep track of where everything stands.
📊 Pipeline Velocity & Cleanout Reports – Location-Based Access
Our popular Pipeline Velocity and Pipeline Cleanout reports now use Location-Based Permissions, ensuring that users only see data from locations they’re authorized to view. This feature is now available to all accounts with the Recruiter Analytics Reports feature.
