Send eDocs in bulk from Applicant and Personnel table

You can now send eDocs to multiple applicants at once from the Applicant & Personnel (A&P) table, making document collection faster and more efficient.

The Bulk Send eDocs feature allows you to quickly and efficiently send multiple eDocs to multiple applicants directly from the Applicant & Personnel (A&P) table. This highly requested feature streamlines your workflow and saves time by eliminating the need to send eDocs one by one.

How to Use Bulk Send eDocs

1. Navigate to the A&P Table

  • Go to the Applicants & Personnel section in your DriverReach platform.

  • Select the applicants to whom you want to send eDocs by clicking the checkboxes next to their names.

2. Select the Bulk Action

  • Click on the Bulk Actions dropdown menu.

  • Choose Send eDocs from the list.

3. Configure Your eDocs

  • A popup dialog will appear, similar to the eDocs tab in the Applicant Profile screen.

    • Use the available filters to find the right documents:

      • Filter by label to categorize documents.

      • Search by keyword for quick selection.

  • Select one or multiple documents to send.

4. Choose Delivery Method

  • Select how you want to send the eDocs:

    • Email

    • Text Message (SMS)

    • Both Email & SMS

5. Add Co-Signers (If Required)

  • If a document requires a countersigner, select the appropriate user from the dropdown.

  • If the document includes a user signature field, a signature input box will appear if you haven’t set up your signature yet.

6. Preview & Send

  • Before sending, you can preview the selected documents.

  • Click Send to complete the process.
