Using integrated partners to run background checks—right in the DriverReach platform.
1. In the driver's profile, click on Background Checks section of the driver's workflow
2. In the DriverReach platform, we have established partnerships with multiple background check vendors, including popular ones like DriverIQ, Asurint, and HireRight. When accessing the menu, you will only see the background check partners that you are integrated with. This ensures a seamless and efficient experience when ordering background checks within the platform.
3. Click the drop-down and select which background check or package you would like to order.
4. Click on Order
5. Click on Place order
6. Your order has now been placed. When the order is received from the provider, you will receive a notification in DriverReach, and the background check will be accessible on the driver's profile.
