More Detailed Employment History Options

Pre-Employment Full Query Milestone Updates

You can now mark the Pre-Employment Full Query milestone as incomplete.

This small but mighty update is perfect for accurately tracking milestones when rehiring applicants. It’s all about giving you the tools to stay organized and efficient!
Better Control Over Sensitive Information
What’s new?
Admins can now restrict access to Social Security Numbers (SSN) and Dates of Birth (DoB) based on user roles. Plus, for those with access, DoBs are now masked by default (just like SSNs) and can be revealed only when needed.

This update enhances security and privacy, ensuring sensitive information is seen only by the right people at the right time.
SambaSafety Integration: Even More Streamlined
We’ve made several important improvements to the SambaSafety integration to enhance how it works for you:

No More Errors for Archived Applications
- Orders for MVRs or monitoring are now restricted to applications in Hired or Prospect stages.
- Applications in stages like Disqualified, No Current Interest, or Terminated (considered “Archived” by SambaSafety) will no longer show options for MVR orders or monitoring.
- Instead, you’ll see a clear message on the Background Checks page explaining why actions aren’t available for these applications.
Why this matters: This prevents errors that occurred when attempting to place orders for archived applications, saving you time and reducing confusion.- You can now sync Custom Person IDs (a field visible in SambaSafety) directly from DriverReach.
- Simply add a custom question to your applicants’ profiles (e.g., "Associate ID") and fill in the value—it’ll automatically sync with SambaSafety.
