Obtaining Drug and Alcohol Information for Previous Employers

This is a friendly reminder from DriverReach that as of January 6, 2023, employers (including owner-operators) must conduct all drug and alcohol queries via the FMCSA CDL Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse. In compliance with this regulation, VOE+ verification of employment forms and releases have been revised to no longer include drug/alcohol-related questions relating to previous employers. Please use the Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse to run any required queries on CDL drivers.
