At times, sharing a manual verification form with a company may be necessary. This article explains how to obtain a manual verification that may be submitted to a company electronically as a pdf or printed in order to mail or fax it to the company.
Step 1
There are several ways to access the applicant for whom you would like to obtain a manual verification. From any screen, find the desired applicant by typing the name into the global search area after clicking on the magnifying glass icon located on the right side of the top blue menu bar. Alternatively, from the “Applicants & Personnel” page, you may employ any filters you would like to use for your search and then type some or all of the individual’s name into the “Search applicants” box on the right above the applicant table.
Step 2
Click on the appropriate individual’s name to open his or her record.
Step 3
In the "Workflows" tab in the upper right-hand side of the window, click on "Verifications".
Step 4
Find the appropriate company within the employer list and click on the "Actions" drop down menu located on the right side of that row.
Step 5
Select "Manual Verification Request Form" from the drop-down menu.
Step 6
The manual verification document will pop up in the window. You may wish to save it as a PDF so that you can email it to the company or print it in order to mail or fax the document instead.
