Enhanced Document Signing on Mobile
We've streamlined the document signing workflow on mobile devices! You can now zoom in and out with ease, thanks to new buttons. Plus, key buttons like Acknowledge, Sign, and Reject will always stay visible at the bottom of the screen for quick access.
Easier Edoc Management
We’ve made managing electronic documents (E-Docs) for your applicants even simpler. You can now refine your document search using filters and keywords; those preferences will be saved even if you encounter an error. No more reapplying filters after an unexpected hiccup!
CDL Number Flexibility
Applicants can now include hyphens in their CDL number for easier input. The system will automatically remove them for processing.
Streamlined Background Checks
To access an applicant's background checks, we now require specific information to be completed in the application: first name, last name, SSN, date of birth, and CDL details (number, class, and expiration date). This added layer of verification helps ensure data accuracy and security. You'll see a clear message if any information is missing.
