Share Saved Views with Your Team
Tired of recreating the same views over and over? Good news! Now you can share your favorite saved views with your team.
This feature allows you to create and save specific views of your applicant data, such as filtered lists or custom columns, and then share them with other users within your organization. Everyone can access and utilize these shared views, ensuring everyone is working from the same data and insights. We're excited to roll this first version out to you now, and will continue adding more nuance to this functionality soon!
Note: If you don't want to use the views shared with you, you'll have the option to archive that view to keep your workflow clean and uncluttered.
Edit Manual Employment Verifications
Need to tweak a manual employment verification? No problem! You can now edit these on the fly, ensuring your data is always accurate and up-to-date.
More Control over Pre-Adverse and Adverse Actions
We know how important it is for recruiters to have full control over the hiring process. That’s why we’ve made some changes to the pre-adverse and adverse action workflows.
Previously, access to these actions was limited to admins and users with specific permissions. We’ve heard your feedback and are excited to announce that recruiters can now initiate pre-adverse and adverse actions again!
However, to protect sensitive information, there are some limitations. Recruiters can still view associated sensitive documents only if they have the ‘safety sensitive’ role.
Important: These changes only apply to accounts that have enabled the Sensitive Document Permissions feature. If your account doesn’t have this feature, recruiters have full access as before.
Undo Your Mistakes: New Tooltips to the Rescue!
Ever made a little oops when updating applicant information? We’ve all been there.
Now, when you make changes to application data that needs applicant approval, you’ll see helpful tooltips. These tooltips show you the original information before you made any changes. So, if you accidentally deleted something important or typed the wrong thing, you can easily fix it!
Level Up Your Recruiting Report!
We've given your Recruiting Behaviors Report a serious upgrade! Now you can filter the report by recruiter, which is super helpful for seeing how your team is performing. Want to know how your rockstar recruiter is doing? Or maybe you want to see which team is crushing it? You can now find out!
We've also added data on deleted users, so you have a complete picture of your recruiting activity, even if people leave the team.
