How to Use the DriverReach VOE+ Integration with HireRight

The DriverReach and HireRight integration simplifies the process of contributing driver termination records to the HireRight DAC Employment History File. This guide explains how to configure the integration, and submit term records.

 Getting Started
To activate this integration, the super user on your HireRight account must follow these steps:

  • Contact HireRight’s Client Engagement Team at
  • ClientEngagementTeam@HireRight.com or (866) 791-4353.
  • Have your HireRight account code ready.
  • Sign the integration addendum (no additional fee).
  • Once the integration is authorized, DriverReach will finalize the setup on your account.

How to Contribute Termination Records:

  1. Navigate to the driver’s record and select Terminate.
  2. Enter the Termination Date and Rehire Eligibility.
  3. Complete all required fields.
  4. Select your HireRight account from the dropdown.
  5. Tick the FCRA checkbox to confirm compliance.
  6. Save the record and submit it to HireRight.

You can monitor the status of termination records in the HireRight dashboard for real-time updates.
