Learn how to log or send a manual VOE attempt, or complete a VOE manually over the phone.
1. Navigate to the Verifications tab on the driver Profile
2. Click on Actions
3. Click on Log manual attempt (0)
4. Type out your notes from the logged attempt.
5. Click on Save
6. To view your previous attempts, Click on Actions
7. Click on Log manual attempt (1)
