Easily enroll or unenroll drivers through the background check section of the driver's profile
With the SambaSafety integration, you can easily enroll and unenroll drivers and reassign groups within the DriverReach platform.
ENROLL A DRIVER
1. Navigate to "Background Checks" in the workflow section of a driver's profile.
2. Scroll down to the SambaSafety section and click "enroll"
3. Choose a group for the driver to be placed in. SambaSafety requires drivers to be enrolled in groups. To edit groups, please log into your SambaSafety account for setup.
4. Confirm and Enroll the driver.
Once enrolled, the system will sync the driver’s personal information and license details with SambaSafety. DriverReach will then be able to monitor for any license violations or updates from the SambaSafety integration.
5. After successful enrollment, the driver’s enrollment status will be updated in the system, and they will appear in the “Samba Safety Monitoring."

- Navigate to the driver’s application who you wish to un-enroll within DriverReach.
2. Initiate the Unenrollment: If the driver is currently enrolled, click the “Unenroll” button in the driver’s profile.
