Check out the improvements we've made the DriverReach platform in August:
Features and Improvements:
CA Release Letter Update: The CA Release letter in the UniversalApp workflow now displays a list of background check providers that are specific to the applicant’s company. This ensures the background check providers shown are the ones actually used by the hiring company.
🐞 Bugs Fixed:
-
Employment Verification Date Fix : The ‘signed at’ date on Employment Verification Forms now correctly reflects the actual signature date, not the current date. No more accidental time travel!
-
Tenstreet Imports Fix: We resolved an issue where incomplete or missing employer info from Tenstreet imports was causing invalid Employment Verifications.
-
Stage Updates Issue: Application stages were occasionally stuck and did not update automatically. This has been fixed, so applications can now move forward smoothly.
-
Duplicate Documents Clean-Up: When switching between membership plans, duplicate sensitive document types were appearing. We’ve cleaned things up to prevent this from happening again.
-
Background Check Email Fix: Some background check orders were failing because an applicant’s email address was missing. This issue has been resolved to ensure smoother processing.
-
Sensitive Document Permissions: We’ve removed the default list of sensitive documents, giving you control over configuration. Users without the Safety Sensitive role can no longer view these documents.
