Our sendoff to summer is a lot of great updates for our DriverReach customers. Here’s what we’ve been up to!
Feature: Simplified Applicant History Searches
We've simplified the workflow for company users when performing applicant history searches. When only one applicant result is found, you'll be directed straight to the Applicant employment history page, like so:
No more intermediate search results pages so you can get to your result faster.
However, when two or more applicant results are found, you'll be taken to the search results page as expected.
Feature: Document Printing Made Easy
Need to include a document with a DQ File Compliance label when printing an applicant's DQ File? Now, you can! Any document with this label that doesn't fit into pre-existing categories will appear under a new Miscellaneous tab on the Print DQ File screen:
Feature: Enhanced Employment History
The Employment history section of the UniversalApp has been updated to make it easier for applicants to resolve gaps in their work history. Applicants can now edit gaps and either extend existing work history or add additional work history.
