Adding a User

This article explains how to add additional users within the DriverReach platform. Please note that only those with Admin privileges are able to add users within a company’s DriverReach account.

Step 1

From any page within the DriverReach platform, click on the cog icon located on the far right-hand side of the blue navigation bar along the top of the window.

Step 2

Select “Administration” from the drop-down menu that appears.

Step 3

On the “Admin & Settings” page, click on the “Users” option from the menu along the left side of the window.

Step 4

A table listing all current users will populate. Click on the blue “Add User” button located in the upper right corner of the table.

Step 5

A pop-up “Add User” window will appear with several fields; please note that all fields marked with a red asterisk must be completed before the user’s information can be saved.

Step 6

The first field in this pop-up window, entitled “Role list”, contains a drop-down menu with several pre-populated choices such as Admin, Manager, Recruiter, Processor, DQ File Compliance, and Counter Signer.

Step 7

Clicking on any role within this list widens the the pop-up window so all roles and their descriptions are more visible. For example, 123 Trucking is adding a user with the “Recruiter” role; clicking on that role widens the pop-up window as seen below. To assign a role or roles to a user, simply click on the role, which will highlight it blue. If you make an incorrect selection, clicking on it a second time will remove that role as a selection.

Step 8

After choosing all applicable roles for the user and filling out the other required fields, click the blue “Save” button in the lower right corner of the pop-up window. In the case below, the user Jennifer Mitchell was assigned the “Recruiter” and “Processor” roles; you may remove a role by clicking on the small gray “x” on the right side of the role description.

Step 9

A green notification will briefly appear in the upper right corner of the window to confirm that the “User was successfully created.”

Step 10

If you miss the notification, you can simply scroll down your user list to confirm that this new user’s information has been populated in the table listing current users.
